LILTA’s Annual Men’s Conference Highlights

LILTA’s Annual Men’s Conference, Men Leaders Paving Paths for Young Men, is designed to inspire and motivate high school students to graduate and pursue college or career programs by helping them connect their passions to viable career pathways. The conference features successful professionals from diverse backgrounds who share their personal and professional journeys across a range of fields, reinforcing the message that education is a powerful tool for transformation. To ensure accessibility and inclusion, the conference also offers panel sessions in Spanish to support English Language Learners.

This marks Greenport’s seventh consecutive year participating in a LILTA conference. The initiative brings together school districts across Long Island, including Amityville, Brentwood, Central Islip, Greenport, Hampton Bays, Longwood, North Babylon, Patchogue-Medford, Southampton, Riverhead, South Huntington, Copiague, and Wyandanch.
