Congratulations to Greenport’s Alumni Faith Welch

Huge congratulations to Greenport’s own Faith Welch on her acceptance into Bacchantae, a prestigious all-female acappella group featuring vocalists from across Columbia University's undergraduate schools, as well as the renowned Columbia Gospel Choir!

Faith continues a proud Greenport tradition, following in the footsteps of Anabelle Odell (GHS Class of 2022 and recent Barnard graduate), who performed with Bacchantae throughout her college career. Greenport’s music and acappella programs continue to be a powerhouse for talent, turning out remarkable collegiate performers in recent years including Melody Silie, Brianna Rivas, Daniel Rivas, and Franklin Mastrangelo.

We are incredibly proud of Faith and can't wait to see her shine on the collegiate stage!
