Dignity for All Students - DASA
New York State’s Dignity for All Students Act, also known as the Dignity Act, is intended to ensure that all public elementary and secondary school students learn in a safe and supportive environment that is free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying on school property, on school buses, and at school functions.
